Peter A.
Georgescu

Peter A. Georgescu is the Chairman Emeritus at Young & Rubicam. He previously served as the CEO of Young & Rubicam. He currently serves as a Vice Chairman of New York Presbyterian Hospital, the Paul & Daisy Soros Fellowships for New Americans and is a member of the Board of Trustees of Exeter Academy. He is also currently on the Board of Directors of Just Capital, A Better Chance, and Polytechnic University. He previously served on the Board of Directors of Levi Strauss, Toys R Us, EMI Recorded Music, International Flavors & Fragrances and Briggs & Stratton.

Kevin K.
Carton

Kevin K Carton was a former Global Sector Leader and Senior Practice Partner at PwC In NYC. He currently serves on the Boards of Russell Reynolds Associates and Leadership Roundtable - chairing the Audit Committee of both firms. He also serves on the Board of Advisors of Unio Capital. He previously served on the Boards of EMI Music PLC and Good Shepherd Services.

William F.
Cruger

William F. Cruger was Vice Chairman of Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan & Co. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of MarketAxess, People’s United Financial and Virtu Financial, and has previously served on the Board of Directors of Archipelago, Credittrade and Capital IQ. He previously held various senior positions at J.P. Morgan, including Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Group.

Geltzeiler

Michael Geltzeiler is an Operating Partner at Temasek.  He also serves on the board of Cypress Creek Renewables.  He previously served as CFO of NYSE Euronext, ADT Corp. and Readers Digest.  Michael is currently on the Board of Directors of Madison Square Boys & Girls Club and the University of Delaware.

Marciano

Sonia Marciano is a Clinical Full Professor of Management and Organizations at NYU’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.  She has also taught Strategy at Columbia Business School and was an Institute Fellow and Senior Lecturer at Harvard University's Institute for Strategy and Competitiveness. Previous roles also include Clinical Professor of Management and Strategy at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management as well as an Adjunct Professor of Strategy at the University of Chicago.

Lara Birkes is a Head of Sustainability, Partnerships and Social Impact at Sonder Inc. She was a VP, Chief Sustainability Officer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and served as a senior advisor role in many enterprises. She was Director Global Policy & Strategic Partnerships at WBCSD, Switzerland. She previously served as Head of Strategic Initiative & G20 at the World Economic Forum.

John Seethoff was the Corporate Secretary and Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Microsoft. He was previously the Chairman of the Board for the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance as well as the Society’s Policy Advisory and Nominating and Governance Committees.

Mark Cohen is the Director of the Retail Studies at Columbia Business School. Most recently he served as the Chairman and CEO of Sears. He also served as the Chairman and CEO of Bradlees and Lazarus Department Stores.

Lou Pastina is a Managing Member of Global Markets Advisory Group. He is currently the Chairman of the Advisory Board at SFC Center of Entrepreneurship and is also a member of the Securities Traders Association of New York. Previously, Lou was an Executive Vice President at the New York Stock Exchange, where he was the Head of Trading Floor Operations. He was also previously a member of the DTCC Board of Directors.

Neal Sheorey is the Business Vice President of Coatings & Performance Monomers at Dow, Inc. Prior to his current role, he held several senior roles at Dow, Inc. including Vice President of Investor Relations, Director of Strategy Development and the Finance Director of the Chemical Division.

Robert Kissell is the President at Kissell Research Group. He previously served as the Executive Director – Execution Strategies and Portfolio at UBS, Executive Director – Head of Quantitative Trading Strategies at J.P. Morgan and the Head of Trading Strategies at Instinet.

Paul
Adcock

Paul Adcock was a Senior Executive in electronic trading of equities and options, which included multiple roles with the New York Stock Exchange as Head of Trading and Operations and Head of US Equities. He was one of the original members of the team that created the Archipelago ECN, which became the first all-electronic Stock Exchange in the United States. Paul’s past and current Board of Directors positions include the NYSE U.S. Joint Subsidiary, ICE/NYSE Operations Governance Committee, BIDS Trading Registered Broker-Operator of the Alternative Trading System (ATS) and Mercy Home for Boys and Girls Ambassador Board.
